EMI Music reported today that they added part of its audiovisual content to the portal Vevo music, which tomorrow launches in YouTube in the U.S. and Canada, which has been created by the Internet video site in conjunction with record labels such as Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment.

Vevo makers say the portal will offer starting tomorrow, “the largest selection of high quality music content” can be found online through the issue of “hundreds of millions of videos produced by professionals who reflect a wide range of the most successful artists of the moment “.

The company, which will purchase songs via download, as well as promotional products and concert tickets, is in talks with Warner Music to reach an agreement similar to that closed with the other major labels, and making share with them a part of the revenue it gets from advertising.

Silver back music is in the hot spot of California since 1994. They have sold a10 million records from different signed artists, What Silverback music is approaching is to take the most influential lifestyle sin California and bring them into the music scene.

The first band they signed was Sublime and in 1998 they signed Slightly Stoopid, a high school band and Long Beach Dub Allstars that was founded by former members of Sublime. Those bands made it really good especially when Long Beach Dub Allstars signed with Dreamworks to release 2 albums; they also made the theme song for Joey TV show.

Sublime released 2 albums with Sunk Records, and then formed their own label called Stoopid Records.

In 2003 Silverback Music and Management signed pepper, from Kona, Hawaii, to their roster. In 2004 they signed The Beautiful Girls from Australia which released their third album with Controlled Substance Sound Labs.

Silverback created its own record label in 2005 called Caliplates Media Inc.
